Why is the Pro plan free during beta?

We're refining the product based on real debt collection operations. During this phase, we offer the Pro plan at no cost to all users to accelerate shared learning. Once the beta closes, payments will activate and we'll notify users at least 30 days in advance.

What happens when the beta ends?

We'll notify users at least 30 days before the close. Those who want to continue with Pro plan features will need to subscribe at the monthly price of $49. Those who prefer to continue at no cost can keep the Free plan with its reduced allowance. The Business plan will activate at that time

How is each plan's monthly allowance calculated?

The allowance is measured internally in consumption units that include voice calls, transcription processing, and other agent operations. For simplicity, we present it as a dollar balance that is consumed as you use the product. In your dashboard you will see consumption details per campaign and per managed account

Does unused allowance roll over to the next month?

No. The allowance resets at the start of each monthly cycle. Unused amounts do not carry over

Do you accept payments in currencies other than USD?

We currently bill exclusively in US dollars (USD). We are evaluating support for additional currencies based on customer demand

Is there a long-term contract or cancellation fee?

No. Plans are monthly, with no annual contract. You can cancel your subscription anytime from the admin dashboard. You keep access until the end of your paid cycle

Do you charge per debtor contact within a campaign?

You pay for the monthly allowance of your chosen plan. Within that allowance, you can manage as many accounts as fit your balance. There is no extra charge per contact: each call cost is deducted from your balance in real time, with detail visible in your dashboard
